Danny, you were such a fun guy. I remember playing basketball with you and your brother Bobby. From grammer school to high school, we had some fun times. I will never forget you my friend.
Your friend always,

Danny, my Brother I miss so very much his handsome face and smile. He was always so much fun to be with. All the girls seem to think so too..

Danny & Bobby lived across the street from me for a short while and we used to play street baseball and football. Suddenly they both disappeared and popped up at Garfield. We never was close; but then I was never close to the crowd of athletes and scholars. I am clueless on what Danny and his brother, Bobby, did with their life. But I do remember admiring the guy when we were in elementary. I think he introduced me to the technique of polishing your tennis shoes black. So big a deal at that time in life and he had back then a confidence that I lacked. What happened, and why, since then to now, is in the uncertainty of life.

My Friend & Brother Danny,
It doesn't seem long ago we were playing Pop Warner football at Grant Rae Park in Montebello. It was a simple life back then, however bonds were made with Manuel Castanon, Ray Galarze, your brother Bobby and I. We carried that bond into Garfield High until yesterday when we said good-bye. You will be missed but not forgotten. We did mourn your passing yesterday, however, we did rejoice because we know you are in heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It has been a pleasure sharing life with you and I look forward to seeing you again. Good-bye my friend & brother.
